From the Kitab al-Tahsil, III.575.8-15 (ed. M. Mutahhari):

The relation of forms to Him is analogous to that of the form of a house which you imagine, and then you build the house accordingly. However, you need instruments […] while [in God’s case], conceptualization (tasawwur) is sufficient for action to proceed. […]. Examples of this [from experience] is when you conceptualize a direction (or a face) to which you have an inclination, and motion of the parts of the body follows from this. Or, [when] you conceptualize something [from] which follows, without using an instrument, a change in your face. Or, [when] you conceptualize something which evokes desire and longing.
